Might as well
I thought since I'm on this big blogging spree I might as well add something too, as vic as rightly pointed out, almost dead. Because we are all almost home and nobody posts.
Very important question. Why is it that whenever I want to type blogger.com I usually end up starting with what would become booger.com instead?
I think exchange has changed everyone. I'm sharing, and Mr Ramesh yes this is a even more SNAG thing to do then send a smile on friendster. (Die Ramesh die!). We've met so many people from all over that we've learnt that life can be lived in many different ways. We may have different values and focus from different people and seeing it all equips everyone with the ability to make a transition in life. Its liberating in this way. At the same time, we get a sense how unique we are as Singaporeans. Being on exchange makes me want to be more Singaporean and more Asian. We must have all realised by now the strange position we are in. In the middle, between the Asian people and the Europeans. We can get along with both but never quite the same as either. Being Singaporean is both the middle ground and the common ground between the 2. Have you realised that there's always an Asian gang and the usual european gang? Language and culture keep them apart, some mix well with both, so its a generalisation. Have you also realised how easy it is for us to mix easily with both? I'm sure it applies generally.
Yup. Now waiting to come home. And WTF... it turns out that there's a girl from Singapore like staying 1 floor above me for almost a year and i didn't know. Very strange, haven't met her. Friends have no idea how i could never have met her. Neither do I! Ciao.
Okay this blog is very nearly dead...
but here's my contribution! Haha. From Jiuzhaigou in Sichuan, China:

The water is SO UNBELIEVABLY BLUE here!
Spring Break in North America
Hey, Izzy here. I don't know who reads this blog anymore, but just an announcement.
If there is anyone in North America (i.e. Canada or the States) who has Spring Break around 13 - 19 February and is interested in spending that week in somewhere warm and exotic like the Caribbean (i.e. Costa Rica/Cuba or Puerto Vallarta in Mexico), doing stuff like trekking/visiting the towns and cities or hanging out at the beach by day and partying by night, please let me know.
If you're not from North America but would be interested all the same, you're welcome to contact me though, though. Vancouver's not that cold, but I miss WARMTH and SUN. I've lost my tan already. SIGH.
Happy New Year, and a Merry Christmas
Alright, Tim's comment on Ramesh's blog post reminded me; who will be in New York at or around Christmas? At the moment, I know Eunice, Siyuan, Sandy and Michael will be dropping by the Big Apple, and Lionel and I will be around as well.
If anyone else is coming, and the rest of you are up for a small NUS Law gathering during this festive period (21st Dec - 31st Dec 2005), please leave a comment/email me/Lionel, preferably with a contact number we can contact you at when you are in town, and we will see what we can do about it.
Reminder: This is only for those coming to New York. Those visiting the UK, your continent representative is Mr Ramesh Kumar s/o Sundramoorthy. Thank you very much.
